5-7-2: PROHIBITION AGAINST THE SALE OF FIREWORKS:
No person shall sell any fireworks, nonaerial fireworks, nonaerial common fireworks, firecrackers, bottle rockets, cherry bombs, special fireworks or aerial fireworks either at wholesale or retail within the city limits. (1984 Code § 9-5-2)
