GENERAL PROVISIONS
(A) The following licenses are available for businesses desiring to sell alcoholic beverages in the county. This fee schedule replaces the current license types and fees effective 1-1-2019:

NOTES TO TABLE: * Per KRS 243.060(4), the holder of a non-quota retail malt beverage package license may obtain a non-quota type 4 malt beverage drink license for a fee of $50. The holder of a non-quota type 4 malt beverage drink license may obtain a non-quota retail malt beverage package license for a fee of $50. ** Per KRS 243.060(3), the fee for each of the first 5 supplemental bar licenses shall be the same as the fee for the primary drink license. There shall be no charge for each supplemental license issued in excess of 5 to the same licensee at the same premises (limited restaurant, limited golf course, quota retail drink, N-Q2 retail drink, N-Q3 retail drink). | ||
(B) All alcoholic beverage licenses issued by the County Alcohol Beverage Administrator, except temporary and batch licenses shall expire June 30 of each year. The full-year fee is due unless issued on or after January 1, then one-half the fee shall be charged.
