Establishments located within the county, but outside the corporate limits of the City of Frankfort, which are licensed for sale of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted to sell between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:59 a.m. on each day, except Saturday and Sunday and that such places be required to cease sales at 1:59 a.m. Sunday and may resume sales Sunday at 11:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. All times being eastern time.
