(A) Businesses which are licensed for the sale of malt beverages, distilled spirits and wine may apply for a Sunday sale license.
(B) Any establishment for which there has been granted a Sunday sale license shall be permitted to sell on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. In any year in which December 31, New Year’s Eve, falls on a Sunday, the hours may be extended by one hour, beginning at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 12:59 a.m. Monday, January 1.
