(A) Submission of application. A subdivider desiring approval of a plat of a subdivision of any land lying within the jurisdiction of the City Plan Commission shall submit a written application therefor to the Commission. The application shall be accompanied by the information, requirements, and plans set forth in §§ 153.10 through 153.16, all in accordance with the requirements set forth in this chapter.
(B) Application fee schedule.

(2) Resubmitted overall provisional plat (previously rejected) | $150.00 plus $1.00 for each lot |
(3) Record plat | $150.00 for plat having less than 10 lots; $100.00 plus $5.00 per lot for plat having more than 9, but less than 50 lots; $55.00 per lot for plat having 50 or more lots |
