ADOPTING ORDINANCES
ORDINANCE NO. 83-15
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REVISION, CODIFICATION, AND RECODIFICATION OF THE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FRANKFORT, INDIANA
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of Frankfort, Indiana as follows:
1. The ordinances of the City of Frankfort of a permanent nature, as revised, amended, restated, codified and recodified in the following Title 1 through Title 15, inclusive, which are hereby incorporated by reference and two copies of which are on file with the City Clerk-Treasurer for public inspection are hereby adopted as "THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF FRANKFORT, 1983".
2. THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF FRANKFORT, 1983 is hereby ordered to be published in book or pamphlet form pursuant to I.C. 36-4-6-14(c). Publication shall be made by delivering copies of THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF FRANKFORT, 1983 for public inspection and use at the following locations:
The Frankfort Public Library
The Office of the City Engineer
The Office of the City Attorney
The Office of the City Clerk-Treasurer
The Office of the Mayor
The Library of the Clinton Circuit Court
The Frankfort Police Station
The Frankfort Fire Department
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF FRANKFORT, 1983 or any portion thereof shall also be made available to the general public upon payment of the City of Frankfort's actual expense of providing said Code.
3. THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF FRANKFORT, 1983 shall be in full force and effect two weeks after its adoption and publication.
