§ 153.10 APPROVAL REQUIRED.

No plat or replat of a subdivision of land located within the jurisdiction of the City Plan Commission shall be recorded until it is approved by the City Plan Commission, and such approval is entered in writing on the plat by the President and Secretary of the Commission.
