SEC. 11.05 OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES DEFINED.

Those persons who are appointed by the Manager or by Council, as specified by this Charter or by ordinance under this Charter, involved in directing the functions of the Municipal government, shall be classified as "Officials".

All persons engaged for hire by an official of the Municipality shall be classified as "Employees".
