PREAMBLE

We, the people of the Municipality of Forest Park, Ohio, in order to secure the benefits of and exercise the powers of local selfgovernment under the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio, do hereby adopt this Charter for the government of the Municipality of Forest Park.
