§ 115.16 POWERS AND DUTIES OF ADMINISTRATOR.
   It shall be the duty of the Administrator to collect all license fees and pay them to the City Clerk to be deposited in the General Fund of the city, to be used to defray the general expenses of the city. The Administrator shall have the power and it shall be his duty to make and publish any rules and regulations necessary to administer this chapter and to provide any printed forms required for reporting, paying, and receipting all license fees and for all other requirements in the proper and efficient administration of this chapter.
