(A) Any Property within the City of Florence, Kentucky, that becomes a chronic nuisance property, as defined herein, is in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to permit property under his or her ownership or control to be a chronic nuisance property, as defined herein, and such person shall be in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies.
(C) A violation of this chapter shall constitute “unlawful purpose” or “unlawful manner” as those terms are used in the Occupational Tax Ordinance (Ordinance No. O-14-83), § 110.08 of this code, dealing with revocation or suspension of licenses.
