§ 131.01 DISCHARGING AIR RIFLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot or discharge any air rifle, BB gun, or pellet gun within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than $10 or more than $500, and the weapon employed in the violation shall be confiscated.
