§ 7-10  SAME — RENEWAL.
   Any person holding an ambulance driver’s license may make application for the renewal of his license for the next year upon forms to be furnished by the City Clerk entitled “Application for Renewal of License” which shall be filled out with the full name and address of the applicant together with a statement of the date upon which his original license was granted and the number thereof, which shall be immediately referred to the City Administrator; and upon the return of the application with an endorsement thereon by the City Administrator that there have been no complaints or convictions against the said applicant during the preceding year, the City Clerk shall issue an ambulance driver’s license for the next year upon the payment of the license fee.
