§ 46-2 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS CONCERNING INSTALLATION AND USE OF AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT.

For the purpose of conserving water, it shall be unlawful for any person to install or to operate air conditioning equipment without first conforming to the regulations set out in §§ 46-3 and 46-4.
