Such person and/or company currently conducting or wishing to do business in the City, its associates, successors and assigned shall within 30 days after the adoption of §§ 37-2.1 through 37-2.3, file with the Director of Public Works and Utilities of the City, or his or her designee, a copy of the article of incorporation and its acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Code sections and agreements to perform on its part according to the terms and conditions hereof.
