CHAPTER 290 Mayor's Court; Akron Municipal Court
Editor's note: Section 3.05 of the City Charter was amended by the voters on November 2, 1982, to provide that the Mayor shall have full judicial powers pursuant to the Constitution and statutes of the State and the ordinances of the City and that the “appropriate Municipal Court,” i.e. the Akron Municipal Court, is to exercise jurisdiction not conferred by law or Council on the Mayor's Court.
