(a) There is hereby established, under the Director of Law, an unclassified position of Prosecutor. The Prosecutor shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
(b) The Prosecutor shall be compensated at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per hour, but shall not be entitled to any other benefits of the City.
(c) The Mayor is hereby vested with the authority to provide for acting or substitute prosecutors as necessary at the same rate of pay as provided above.
