(a) Magistrates shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
(b) Magistrates shall preside over Mayor’s Court with the powers and authority conferred upon the position as provided by law.
(c) Magistrates shall be compensated at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per hour and no further benefits shall inure to the position.
