(a) No parent or guardian having care and custody of any person under eighteen years of age shall permit or allow such person to violate Section 507.01.
(b) No person under eighteen years of age shall violate Section 507.01.
(c) It shall not be a violation of this chapter if the person is upon an emergency errand, legitimate business or other reasonable activity directed by his parent or guardian having the care and custody of such person.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
