Whoever violates Section 707.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. Organizations shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 599.04 of the General Offenses Code.
