The Seventh Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the shore of Lake Erie at the northerly prolongation of the centerline of East 242nd Street, now vacated;
Thence: Easterly along the shore of Lake Erie to its intersection with the northerly prolongation of the centerline of East 264th Street;
Thence: Southerly along the centerline of East 264th Street to its intersection with the centerline of Lake Shore Boulevard;
Thence: Westerly along the centerline of Lake Shore Boulevard to its intersection with the centerline of East 260th Street;
Thence: Southerly along the centerline of East 260th Street to its intersection with the centerline of Helen Avenue;
Thence: Westerly along the centerline of Helen Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of East 256th Street;
Thence: Northerly along the centerline of East 256th Street to its intersection with the centerline of Marsdon Avenue;
Thence: Westerly along the centerline of Marsdon Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of East 250th Street;
Thence: Northerly along the centerline of East 250th Street to its intersection with the centerline of Shoreview Avenue;
Thence: Westerly along the centerline of Shoreview Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of East 245th Street;
Thence: Southerly along the centerline of East 245st Street to its intersection with the prolongation of Wildwood Drive;
Thence: Westerly along the prolongation of Wildwood Drive through the centerline of Wildwood Drive to its intersection with the centerline of East 241st Street;
Thence: Northerly along the centerline of East 241st Street to its intersection with the centerline of Elmwood Drive;
Thence: Westerly along the centerline of Elmwood Drive to its intersection with the centerline of East 238th Street;
Thence: Northerly along the centerline of East 238th Street to its intersection with Lakeshore Boulevard;
