Thence: Southerly along the centerline of East 242nd Street to its intersection with the centerline of Lakeshore Boulevard Drive;
Thence: Westerly along the centerline of Lakeshore Boulevard to its intersection with the centerline of East 238th Street;
Thence: Southerly along the centerline of East 238th Street to its intersection with the centerline of Farringdon Avenue;
Thence: Westerly along the centerline of Farringdon Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Williams Avenue;
Thence: Southerly and westerly along the centerline of Williams Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Gay Street;
Thence: Southwesterly along the centerline of Gay Street to its intersection with the centerline of Babbitt Road;
Thence: Southerly along the centerline of Babbitt Road to its intersection with the centerline of Fox Avenue;
Thence: Westerly along the centerline of Fox Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Clearview Drive;
Thence: Southerly along the centerline of Clearview Drive and thence Northerly to its intersection with the centerline of Fox Avenue;
