377.01 OPERATION ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

No person shall operate any unlicensed mini-bike or go-cart upon any street or other public way or within any public park within the City.

377.02 OPERATION ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

No person shall operate any unlicensed mini-bike or go-cart upon any private property within the City without the express consent of the owner of such property.
