187.01 BOARD ESTABLISHED.

   Council hereby establishes a Board of Health for the City Health District, to be constituted and its members appointed in accordance with Ohio R.C. 3709.05.

187.02 HEALTH COMMISSIONER.

   The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint a Health Commissioner of the Euclid City Health District, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
