Planned unit development shall be permitted in keeping with Section 1248.02 and designed to make more efficient use of land thereby better serving the general health and welfare of the community. Such development may require modification, subject to Planning Commission approval and to the provisions of Sections 1248.01, 1248.04, 1248.05, 1250.03 and 1250.10.
