All subdivision plans shall conform to design standards that will encourage sound development patterns. In particular, the subdivision plat shall conform to the principles, standards, policies and proposals which are specified in the Englewood Comprehensive Land Use Plan, the Zoning Code, the Wastewater Collection General Plan Concept, the Waterworks General Plan Concept, the Storm Drainage Master Plan and Chapter 1222. The Official Thoroughfare Plan, alignments and geometric design standards shall be binding on all street layouts shown on both the preliminary and final plats.
