1248.05 LOTS.
The layout of lots shall be platted so that individual building sites will be properly related to topography and the character of surrounding development.
Lot dimensions shall comply with the minimum standards of the Zoning Code for the respective zoning districts in which the lots may be located. Dimensions of corner lots shall yield at least 125 percent of the minimum lot area required by the applicable zoning district to allow for the proper placement of the principal buildings so as to observe minimum front yard setbacks. A lot should not have an average depth which is more than three times its average width or a depth of less than 100 feet.
Side lot lines shall be generally at right angles or radial to street right-of-way lines unless a variation from this rule will give a better street or lot layout.
Lots with double frontage shall be avoided, except where the conditions described in paragraph four of Section 1248.04 prevail.
