SECTION 10.01 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT; APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR.

There is hereby created a Department of Safety and Service which shall be headed by the Safety-Service Director. The Safety-Service Director shall be appointed by the Mayor to serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and he may be removed by the Mayor without cause.
