EDITOR'S NOTE: Under authority of the Borough Code, the Civil Service Commission has promulgated Rules and Regulations, which Rules and Regulations are amended from time to time by Council. Copies of these Rules and Regulations, as amended, may be obtained, at cost, from the Borough Secretary/Treasurer.
