This chapter may be cited as MOVEMENT OF BUILDINGS. (Ord. 265, 11-28-1978)

3-7-2: CONSENT REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to move or cause to be moved any building or structure of any kind or description to any lot, piece or parcel of land within the city, or within three (3) miles of any exterior boundary of the city, or over, along or across any highway, street or alley in the city, unless the consent of the city council for such moving has been obtained prior to the move, except as hereinafter provided in this chapter.
