§ 110.27 ALLOWANCE OF SPECIAL EVENT UPON ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT.
   Upon issuance of a permit by the Chief of Police, restaurants, food service establishments, businesses, wineries and any other organizations may hold a special event within public rights-of-way and on town-owned property within the town corporate limits as designated in a special event permit.
