§ 110.25 NONDISCRIMINATION.
   The Chief of Police shall uniformly consider each application upon its merits and shall not discriminate in granting or denying a permit under this subchapter based upon political, religious, ethnic, race, disability, sexual orientation or gender-related grounds.
