§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   Every person who shall violate any provision of §§ 110.01 through 110.11 and Appendix A to this chapter, or carry on any business, trade, vocation or profession, on which a license tax has been fixed, without having first applied for and procured the required license, shall be liable to a penalty of $50 or imprisonment for 30 days for each offense, and each day or part of a day the business, trade, vocation or profession is carried on without the required license shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
   (B)   Any violation of §§ 110.25 through 110.32 shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in G.S. § 14-4. A fine of $100 will be assessed for any violation of that subchapter to the applicant. A violation of an event permit issued pursuant to this subchapter may result in an immediate revocation of the permit and a possible ban on future permits.
