(A) Any person violating any other provision of §§ 94.001 et seq., 94.020 et seq. and 94.040 et seq. for which another penalty is not provided shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not more than $100 for each violation.
(B) Any person who violates any of the provision of the Fire Prevention Code or §§ 94.060 through 94.071, or fails to comply therewith, or who violates or fails to comply with any order made thereunder, or who shall build in violation of any detailed statement of specifications of plans submitted and approved thereunder, and from which no appeal has been taken, or who shall fail to comply with the order as affirmed or modified by the Bureau of Fire Prevention and the state’s Fire Marshal’s representative, or a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed herein, shall be guilty of a Class C infraction, punishable by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each day that such violation exists, which shall constitute a separate infraction. The imposition of a penalty for any such violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue; and all such persons shall be required to correct or remedy such violations or defects within a reasonable time.

(E) Failure to comply with the terms of §§ 94.105 through 94.109 shall result in charges being brought against the person obligated herein to maintain the equipment as provided in those sections, and on conviction or violation of those sections, the offending party shall be fined in the amount of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000.
