§ 94.008  AUTOMATIC DIALERS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is unlawful for anyone to install or use an automatic telephone dialing device which is programmed to dial the Elkhart Police, Fire or 911 dispatch.
   (B)   Any existing automatic telephone devices must be disconnected or programmed to any other consenting party within 30 days after the effective date of this section.
