The alarm user shall pay penalties in accordance with the following schedule for each false alarm to which members of the Police And/or Fire Department respond within a 12-month period:
(A) First through sixth false alarm: No fine (per calendar year).
(B) Seventh through tenth false alarm: $50 (per calendar year).
(C) Eleventh through fourteenth false alarm: $100 (per calendar year).
(D) Fifteenth through eighteenth: $200 (per calendar year).
(E) Nineteenth through twenty-second: $300 false alarm (per calendar year).
(F) Twenty-third and above: $400 (per calendar year).
