§ 91.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   The fine for littering in any park listed in §§ 91.01 and 91.02 of this chapter shall be $100.

   (C)   Violation of any provision of § 91.05 of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor as provided by G.S. § 14-4.

   (D)   Any person(s) who is found to be in violation of any provision of §§ 91.45 through 91.50 shall be subject to expulsion from the skate facility and/or revocation of any privileges for its use.
