§ 91.01  HOURS OF USE OF SPECIFIC RECREATIONAL AREAS.
   (A)   Areas specified. The following areas will be open from daylight until 10:00 p.m. each day of the week:
      (1)   Pete L. Hooker Park, located on the corner of Chalk and Baxter Streets;
      (2)   Edgewood Park, located on the corner of Hopkins Drive and Aydlett Circle;
      (3)   Charles Creek Park, located on Riverside Avenue;
      (4)   Elizabeth Street Playground, located on Elizabeth Street;
      (5)   Knobbs Creek Park, located on Ward Street;
      (6)   Enfield Recreation Area, located on Corsair Circle and Catalina Avenue;
      (7)   Elizabeth Street Tennis Courts, located on the corner of Harney and Cedar Streets;
      (8)   Enfield Park, located along Catalina Avenue and Corsair Circle;
      (9)   Gosnold/Sunset Park;
      (10)   Waterfront Park, unless a person is actively engaged in loading or unloading a boat;
      (11)   Mariners’ Wharf Park located on Water Street, unless a person(s) is actually engaged in docking or departing on a power or sailing vessel;
      (12)   Hobbs Park;
      (13)   Dog Corner Park, located at the corner of Southern and Riverside Avenues, unless a person(s) is actually engaged in docking or departing on a power or sailing vessel;
      (14)   Pool Street Park, located on East Main Street;
      (15)   Causeway Park;
      (16)   George M. Wood Memorial Park, located on the south side of the Camden Causeway;
      (17)   Walnut Street Playground, located on Third Street;
      (18)   Moth Boat Park, located at the east end of Main Street;
      (19)   Fish Court Park, located on Southern Avenue;
      (20)   Northeastern Park, located at Northeastern High School along Oak Stump Road;
      (21)   River Road Sports Complex, located at River Road Middle School on River Road;
      (22)   South Park Athletic Complex, located on Capital Trace Boulevard;
      (23)   Coast Guard Park, located on Riverside Avenue along the Pasquotank River;
      (24)   Jennette Property, located on North Road Street along Knobbs Creek;
      (25)   Veterans Park, located at the corner of N. Water Street and E. Elizabeth Street; and
      (26)   Any other parks or recreational facilities designated by the City Council from time to time.
   (B)   Parks and Recreation Department function. However, where the Parks and Recreation Department is operating a function under its own supervision or the supervision of others for which a written permit has been issued, the park and recreation areas shall remain open until an hour designated by the Parks and Recreation Department, which closing time shall be posted on such recreational area or park on such occasion.
   (C)   Restriction. No person shall go upon or in any manner occupy any park specified above, except during the hours which it is opened as specified in division (A) above.
