(A) Commercial fishing vessels will not be permitted to use city parks, docks or street rights-of-way to moor vessels other than at the time of launching and/or retrieving that vessel.
(B) The loading and/or unloading of fish, crab, eel or other marine life at city parks, docks or street rights-of-way is prohibited; such marine life must remain in the fishing vessel at the time of launching and/or retrieving the vessel.
(C) The loading and/or unloading of commercial fishing equipment such as nets, pots, traps or baits at city parks, docks or street rights-of-way is prohibited; such equipment must remain in the vessel at the time of launching and/or retrieving the vessel.
