§ 91.02  MARINERS’ WHARF PARK.
   (A)   All that riverfront property located between the Pasquotank River to the east and Water Street to the west known as Mariners' Wharf Park shall be set apart for the purpose of this section to be used as a public wharf.
   (B)   The City Manager or his or her designee shall administer the provisions of this section.
   (C)   No person shall swim in Mariners’ Wharf at any time. No person shall fish beyond the railing.
   (D)   Dockage is to be limited to 48 consecutive hours unless a special permit is issued by the City Manager or his or her designee.
   (E)   If a vessel shall sink at Mariners’ Wharf, the owner thereof shall immediately remove the wreck at his or her own expense. If he or she fails to do so, the harbormaster shall remove the same and the owner shall be liable for the expense of removal.
   (F)   No person shall willfully or carelessly destroy, damage, disturb, deface or interfere with any buoy, float, life preserver, navigational marker or other similar property in the jurisdiction of the city.
   (G)   No person shall climb into or upon any vessel moored, docked or anchored in Mariners’ Wharf without the consent of the owner or other person having charge thereof.
   (H)   No person shall operate commercial enterprise sale of goods from the boat while docked in Mariners’ Wharf.
