9-3-1: NUMBERING REQUIRED:

All buildings and houses in the city shall be numbered. The county E911 coordinator shall be responsible for designating the proper numbers for houses and buildings. All houses and buildings shall have displayed thereon assigned numbers in a manner making such numbers visible from the street. (1991 Code § 4-91; amd. 2013 Code)

9-3-2: NECESSITY TO AMEND SYSTEM:

In situations where the plat or pattern of the area does not fit the numbering system, the planning commission shall study the area and recommend to the city council, for adoption by ordinance, an appropriate amendment to this chapter. (1991 Code § 4-91)
