9-4-1: Buildings Or Mobile Homes Unfit For Habitation Prohibited
9-4-1: BUILDINGS OR MOBILE HOMES UNFIT FOR HABITATION PROHIBITED:
No frame building or mobile home shall be moved from without to within the corporate limits of the city, which, by reason of its age, state of repair, condition of wiring, having asbestos within the building, or which, for any other reason, is unfit for human habitation or which might endanger the public peace, safety, health and welfare. (Ord. 02-08, 4-9-2002; amd. 2013 Code)
