EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 5-96-R, passed June 10, 1996, adopted an Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan to provide for the replacement of all occupied or vacant low and moderate-income dwelling units demolished or converted to another use as a result of State or Federally-assisted capital improvement projects in the City, and to provide relocation assistance to each low and moderate-income household displaced by demolition or rehabilitation relating to conversion.
