   1602.01   1995 EDITION ADOPTED.
   Pursuant to Section 4.14 of the City Charter, there is hereby adopted by and for the City, the Ohio Fire Code (OFC), the 1995 edition, as adopted by the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, Department of Commerce, and as published in Division 1301:7 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC).
   1602.02   FILE AND DISTRIBUTION COPIES.
   A complete copy of the Ohio Fire Code, as adopted in Section 1602.01, is on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public and also on file in the County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk of Council has copies available for distribution to the public, at cost.
