EDITOR'S NOTE: The City has contracted with the District Advisory Council of the original Lake County General Health District and the cities of Kirtland, Mentor, Mentor-on-the-Lake, Painesville, Wickliffe, Willoughby, Willoughby Hills and Willowick to form a new General Health District, pursuant to the authority granted under Ohio R.C. 3709.07.
