The Chief of Division of Inspections/Chief Building Official shall make a written account and take all steps necessary to certify all costs to the County Auditor of his actions under Sections 1389.10 and 1389.11 and a proper description of the premises involved. Such amounts shall be entered upon the tax duplicate and be a lien upon the cost of land from and after the entry and be collected as other taxes and returned to the General Fund of the City.
