Smoking is permitted in the following places:
(a) Unenclosed areas.
(b) Hotels and motels, except in no smoking areas.
(c) Retail stores.
(d) Business establishments not named in Section 971.03 above, except in certain office work places.
(e) Office waiting rooms, except in designated no smoking areas.
(f) Restaurants with seating capacity of less than fifty.
(g) Lobbies or financial institutions.
(h) Bowling alleys.
(i) Places licensed by the Department of Liquor Control to sell intoxicating beverages for consumption on the premises.
(j) Private homes which serve as office work places.
(k) Property owned or leased by Federal Government entities.
(l) A private enclosed office work place occupied exclusively by smokers, even though such an office place may be visited by nonsmokers.
