No person shall smoke in any of the following places within the City:
(a) Enclosed theaters, except lobbies.
(b) Auditoriums.
(c) Classrooms.
(d) Elevators.
(e) Areas within gasoline service stations, as defined by Ohio R.C. 3741.141 and the State Fire Code.
(f) All buildings and other enclosed structures owned and occupied by the City, except in designated smoking areas.
(g) Restaurants, dining rooms, cafes and cafeterias of fifty or more seats, except in designated smoking areas.
(h) Serving lines of cafeterias.
(i) Hospitals and nursing homes, except rooms or spaces specifically set aside for smoking.
(j) County offices and places of public assembly as defined by Ohio R.C. 3791.031(A)(2), except in designated smoking areas thereof.
(k) Places where smoking is otherwise prohibited by law.
