(a) No person shall maliciously, willfully or by carelessness or negligence destroy, damage or deface any fire hydrant, electric light pole or equipment thereof, traffic control signal or any part thereof, sidewalk, pavement, curb, survey monument, fire engine, truck, motorcycle, automobile or any part thereof, guide posts, street sign posts, warning signs or other signs for the regulation of traffic in the City, belonging to the City; or any other Municipally owned property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
