111.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   (a)   Council shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Monday of each and every month at 7:00 p.m.; provided, that when the day fixed for any regular meeting of Council falls upon a day designated by law as a legal or national holiday, such meeting shall be held at the same hour on the hour on the next succeeding day not a holiday.
   (b)   All regular meetings of Council shall be held in Council Chambers of the Dunbar City Hall. (Ord. 539. Passed 10-4-93.)
111.02 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   The Mayor shall call special meetings of Council whenever in his opinion the public business may require it, or at the express written request of any four members of Council. Whenever a special meeting shall be called, a summons or notice in writing signed by the Mayor or the President of Council shall be served upon each member of Council either in person or by notice left at his place of residence, stating the date and hour of the meeting and the purpose for which such meeting is called, and no business shall be transacted thereat, except such as is stated in the notice.
